Booking Events

Your event is not booked at The Mystère Mansion until the signed Agreement is returned with the Deposit. Deposits must be received in advance of an event. The balance is due before the start of an event.

Tentative Holds

The Mystère Mansion agrees to tentatively hold the date of your choice for 5 days without a deposit or signed agreement. After 5 days, the tentative hold expires unless other arrangements have been made.

Food and Beverage

Client or attendees cannot bring food or beverage of any kind into The Mystère Mansion without making prior arrangements. The Mystère Mansion has an in-house caterer that can provide all necessary food and beverages for your event. We are happy to provide a catering proposal based on your event specifics. Also, leftover food or beverage is not allowed to leave the premises.

Guest Conduct

Client accepts full and complete responsibility/liability for all of its guests and attendees at the function. Client, client’s family, guests and invitees shall not act in a disorderly or unlawful manner and shall not engage in any conduct, which disturbs the rights, comforts or conveniences of residences within the vicinity of The Mystère Mansion.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed in the Courtyard or on the front and side porches. Disposal of cigarette butts is not permitted in the grass or gardens. Receptacles are available in all smoking areas.

Vendor Conduct

Musicians and equipment are restricted to the raised section of the stage in The Red Theater or a raised platform in the Grand Parlor. We strongly recommend a band of 4 or fewer members. Band members are not allowed to consume food or beverage unless the client has made prior arrangements and included members in the guest count.

Florists / Designers may have access to facility one hour before the event.

Photography for video recording may not take place inside the mansion before or during the scheduled event without prior arrangements.

Miscellaneous

There is a standard 20% charge for any outside services, catering, rental equipment, entertainment, etc. not contracted thru The Mystère Mansion.
